  The body of this dress is made of a silver, and blue swirl print stretch sequins. It has huge sleeves, and a hooped ball skirt made of blue faux feather fabric. They are dotted with big sequins. The dress has a V neckline. It comes with a matching knee length sleeveless faux feather vest coverup.
