The top of this fabulous Morgan Wells original is made of a beautiful white iridescent sequin coved with AB stone. It has a AB stone, and beaded applique over the bust. It is sleeveless, with a V neckline It has a double layer mermaid bottom made of white iridescent sequins on velvet. The bottom has an attached hooped lining.
