  The top of this MORGAN WELLS original dress is made of a beautiful blue, and silver wavey design stretch sequins. It has a scooped neckline, and cape sleeves. The bottom of the dress is made of a silver stretch sequins. This dress is form fitting with a fabulous train, and an invisible zipper up the back.
