  This MORGAN WELLS cropped puffer jacket is made of black quilted vinyl. It comes with a sleeveless gown. The top of the gown is made of a black mirror stretch vinyl. The bottom of the dress is made of the quilted vinyl. It has a front zipper, and a fabulous train.
